The KJ1501X1-BC1 is an essential component of the DeltaV hardware architecture. It functions as a DC-to-DC converter, taking a bulk 24V DC input and regulating it to a stable 12.25V DC for the DeltaV LocalBus. This power is then distributed through the carrier to the controller and any attached I/O cards. The BC1 is the initial release in the BC series, designed for high reliability in continuous process environments.
