The PFEA111-65 is a single-channel tension electronics unit designed for DIN-rail mounting. Important Considerations

  • Grounding: To prevent measurement drift, ensure that the DIN rail is properly grounded and that shielded cables are used for all signal wiring.

  • Input Voltage: Maintain a stable 24V DC supply. Significant voltage drops can affect the accuracy of the excitation current and the analog output signal.

  • Load Limit: Do not exceed the maximum number of load cells (typically two) per channel. Connecting too many cells will overload the excitation circuit.

  • Signal Isolation: Keep the load cell signal cables separated from high-voltage power cables (VFD cables, motor leads) to avoid induced noise.
