The Q61P-A2 is an AC-input power supply module specifically designed for 200V AC systems. It converts the incoming high-voltage AC power into the regulated 5V DC required by the backplane to drive the logic circuits of the internal modules. It also features a “Life Detection” or “Power OK” relay output to signal the system status to external monitoring equipment.

Precautions for Use

Input Voltage Specificity: The Q61P-A2 is for 200V AC input. Do not connect it to 100V AC or 400V AC sources, as this will lead to malfunction or permanent hardware damage.

Current Budgeting: Ensure the total current consumption of all modules on the base unit does not exceed the 6.0 A limit of the 5V DC output.

Heat Dissipation: To ensure natural convection cooling, maintain at least 30mm to 80mm of clearance above and below the PLC rack.

Wiring Safety: Always use crimp terminals for the M3.5 screws and ensure the “LG” (Large Ground) and “FG” (Frame Ground) terminals are correctly connected to prevent electrical noise and shock.
