The QJ61BT11 is designed to integrate the MELSEC-Q PLC with various field devices such as remote I/O, sensors, actuators, and variable frequency drives (VFDs). It acts as the “brain” of a CC-Link network, managing the high-speed exchange of cyclic data and transient messages. This module supports CC-Link Version 1.10, which allows for expanded network distances and improved noise resistance.

Precautions for Use

• Station Number Setting: Each station in the network must have a unique station number set via the rotary switches on the module; duplicate numbers will cause communication failure.

• Baud Rate Matching: All devices on the CC-Link network must be set to the exact same communication speed as the QJ61BT11 master module.

• Cable Selection: Use only CC-Link certified dedicated cables. Mixing different types of cables or using non-certified cables can lead to intermittent communication errors.
