The SCXI-1600 is a 16-bit digitizer that plugs directly into an SCXI chassis. Unlike traditional systems that require a separate DAQ card inside a PC connected via a heavy cable, the SCXI-1600 converts the entire SCXI chassis into a single, plug-and-play USB data acquisition system. It provides the timing, triggering, and analog-to-digital conversion (ADC) necessary to manage multiple conditioned signals from other modules in the chassis.
