The SPXCDULNTXF is a gas detector transmitter specifically configured for Flammable (Catalytic Bead) and Infrared (IR) sensors. It features a rugged, explosion-proof design and a unique “traffic light” status display that allows users to identify the safety status of a site from a distance.

• Mounting: Install the unit with the sensor pointing downward to prevent water or dust accumulation on the sensor flame arrestor.

• Wiring: Always verify whether your controller requires a Sink or Source 4-20mA signal; the XCD features an internal switch to toggle between these modes.
