Important Usage Notes (Precautions)

Alignment: For the best results, the light spot should hit the object at a 90° angle. If the object is highly reflective or tilted, the sensing range might fluctuate.

Adjustment: Use the integrated potentiometer to set the sensing distance. Turn it until the yellow LED switches when the object is present, then verify that the sensor does not trigger when the object is removed and only the background is visible.

Cleaning: The optical lens is made of plastic. Use a soft, lint-free cloth with water or mild soap. Never use aggressive chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners that could cloud the plastic lens.

Wiring: Ensure the supply voltage is stable within the 10–30V range. Since this is a PNP output, the load must be connected between the output wire (Black) and the Negative/Ground (Blue).
